Preschool Lead Teachers: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Assistant Teachers: Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA (Child Development Associate) credential
Toddler Lead Teachers: Bachelor’s or Associates in Child Development.
School Age Site Supervisors: Associates degree with additional training in child development
Center Directors: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field and should also be working towards Directors Credential.
