At GPCA Cares, we’re proud to offer free and low-cost pre-K through trusted affiliates including Head Start (HS), Pre-K Counts, PHLpreK, and the Early Learning Resource Center (ELRC). Our programs offer more than just early education—they create a loving, joyful environment where your child can learn, laugh, and build lasting friendships. With enriching activities, nutritious meals, health screenings, and comprehensive family support, every child is nurtured in every way.

Children from 6-12 years (k-8th). Summer Camp runs from 9am-5pm on weekdays. It is a 6 week program running from July - August.

One of my favorite aspects of Western was the special 'move-up' celebration for 5-year-olds transitioning to kindergarten. The graduation ceremony, the dance, and the class trip made each of my children feel incredibly special and excited for their next step. Their education at Western provided an unparalleled foundation for future learning, giving them confidence as they moved into elementary school and beyond.
