Dr. Terrance Hobson has over 25 years of experience in education, non-profit, and for-profit organizations. He has provided executive leadership and oversight of Early Learning Centers (ELC), Out School Time (OST) in elementary, middle, and high school sites, 21st Century (CLC), Boys and Girls Clubs, recreation/community centers, vocational/education training, and university departments. Terrance has also taught college and high school equivalency students.  

Terrance supports staff and leadership teams through coaching/mentoring, contract compliance and excellence in service to constituents. Terrance has assisted teams in organizational cross-training, working collaboratively, and developing leaders. Terrance believes that through support, guidance, and resources, people can accomplish anything.

He holds a doctoral degree in K-12 Leadership and is a mentor to young people and professionals. He is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated.
