My name is Tierra Smith, and I bring over 10 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. I currently hold a CDA credential and have completed numerous developmentally appropriate trainings, including certifications in First Aid/CPR and Fire Safety.

I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children can thrive socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is teaching and witnessing the incredible progress children make in the preschool setting.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mother of three beautiful girls. A fun fact about me: I’m a creative artist who loves face painting at events and also enjoys leading acrylic painting sessions—like “Paint with a Twist.”
