Hi, my name is Otto Cain, and I’m the Maintenance Worker at Western Learning Childcare Center. I’ve been part of the Western team for nearly six years and with the broader GPCA organization for over a decade. My journey working with children began as a proud father of three.

Being at Western has been amazing. Hearing the children laugh, smile, and call my name brings me pure joy. While my title may be “Maintenance Worker,” my role often extends far beyond that. I laugh with the children, play with them, and encourage them every day to be their best.

A fun fact about me: I’m a diehard Philadelphia sports fan—especially when it comes to the Eagles! I also enjoy spending time with my family.
